healthcare essentially builds on three core pillars - Diet & Nutrition, Exercise, Prevention and then treatment.
It is important that we do take care of all the above for entire family including children. I will cover basic points on above said healthcare pillars
Diet & Nutrition: eat natural, eat fruits and vegetables (rainbow color principle of eating different colored fruits and vegetables), reduce salt and sugar, avoid processed foods, eat whole grains, take a glass of milk, etc
Exercise: one of the best ways of improving immunity is to do 30 mins of any kind of exercise everyday. Don't think of what type of exercise for first 30 days, just do anything physical every day for 30 days. You will feel the difference!
Prevention: staying safe in covid times, and in general staying away from infections, etc. Vaccination is crucial in prevention.
Treatment: follow your doctor's advice on the treatment provided.
